Terms.

1. Parties

These Terms govern the relationship between designer-luxe S.L. (NIF B12987456), Itsasalde, 20, 48980 Santurtzi, Vizcaya, Spain ("designer-luxe", "we", "us") and the person or entity placing an order ("Client", "you"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services

designer-luxe provides fixed-scope web design services as described on the service pages of this website. All services are delivered digitally as Figma design files with supporting documentation. Services do not include development, hosting, copywriting, photography, or any other services not described in the agreed scope.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed through checkout and confirmed by payment. Following payment, we send a project brief template within 1 business day. The delivery timeline begins when we receive the completed brief, not from payment date. We confirm receipt and expected delivery date by email.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) is not included in displayed prices and applies at invoice stage where applicable. Full payment is required before work begins. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. A tax invoice will be issued following payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown are in business days and begin from receipt of a completed project brief. If the brief is incomplete, the timeline is paused until complete information is received.

6. Revisions

Each project includes one revision round. The window is 5 business days from delivery. Requests after this window are new scope and quoted separately. Content changes, structural redesign, or additional pages requested during revision are outside scope.

7. Intellectual property

Full ownership of delivered files transfers to the Client upon receipt of final payment. designer-luxe retains the right to display the project in its portfolio. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms.

9. Limitation of liability

designer-luxe\'s total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or for business decisions made on the basis of delivered designs.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vizcaya, Spain, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise for EU-based consumers.

11. Consumer rights (EU)

If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law (including Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 in Spain) are not affected by these Terms.
