Digital delivery policy.
1. Digital delivery
All services provided by designer-luxe S.L. are delivered digitally. There is no physical product. Deliverables are Figma design files, asset exports, and written documentation, shared via digital link or email attachment.
2. Delivery timeline
Delivery timelines are published on each service page and are measured in business days. Timelines begin from the date we receive a completed project brief, not from the date of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays and regional Vizcaya public holidays.
3. Service delivery timelines
- Editorial Web Design: 14-21 business days
- Digital Brand Experience: 10-14 business days
- Luxury E-Commerce Design: 18-25 business days
- High-Converting Landing System: 5-8 business days
- Design Audit & Repair: 3-5 business days
- Motion & Interaction Design: 8-12 business days
4. Delivery method
Deliverables are shared via Figma link (view and inspect) or as exported files sent by email. For Digital Brand Experience projects, all file formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS) are included.
5. Delivery conditions
Delivery is contingent on receiving a completed project brief. If the brief is incomplete, the timeline is paused. If required content is not provided, this will delay delivery.
6. Late delivery
If we anticipate a delay due to circumstances on our side, we will notify you at least 2 business days before the original delivery date and provide a revised date. Delays caused by incomplete briefs or missing content are not covered by this commitment.
7. Acceptance
Delivery is complete when files are shared and accessible. The 5 business day revision window begins at this point. If you cannot access the files, notify us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
