Services & Delivery
Annotated Figma design files for every project. Not code, not a built website, not a CMS. The output is a complete design file that a developer uses to build your site. If you need development quoted alongside the design, contact us.
Six: Editorial Web Design, Digital Brand Experience, Luxury E-Commerce Design, High-Converting Landing System, Design Audit and Repair, and Motion and Interaction Design. Each has a defined scope, published price, and a delivery timeline in business days.
Up to 10 unique page designs. Additional pages quoted at a per-page rate.
For Luxury E-Commerce Design, yes. Specify your platform in the brief and the Figma component structure will align to it. We do not build on these platforms; we design for them.
Yes. The studio works in Spanish and English. All briefs, revision rounds, and delivery documentation can be in either language. The website is available in both.
Pricing & Payment
Yes. All prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) is not included in published prices. IVA applies at invoice stage where applicable to the client.
Yes. The package builder lets you select a primary service and add optional add-ons (Style Guide PDF, Responsive Breakpoint Kit, Interactive Prototype) and configure consulting hours.
Stripe Checkout. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not handle card details directly.
Not currently. Full payment is required before work begins.
Process & Timeline
From the date we receive your completed project brief. Not from the date of payment.
You need draft content. We cannot design page layouts without knowing what goes on them. Final or near-final copy produces significantly better design than placeholder text.
One per project. The revision window is 5 business days from delivery. Requests after this window are quoted separately.
If we anticipate a delay on our side, we will notify you at least 2 business days before the original delivery date. Delays caused by late briefs or missing content from the client are not covered by this commitment.
Refunds & Legal
Within 48 hours of payment, if work has not started. Once we have received and reviewed your brief, refunds are not available.
We revise it at no additional cost within the included revision round. If there is a material discrepancy between the delivered work and the agreed brief, contact us in writing within 14 days.
