Refunds.

1. Refund window
A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not yet started. Work is considered to have started when we have received and reviewed your completed project brief. Refund requests within this window will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
2. No refund once work has started
Once the project brief has been received and work has begun, refunds are not available. Digital design services involve time and intellectual work that cannot be recovered. If you cancel after work has started, you will receive the project files produced to that point. No refund is due in this case.
3. Defective delivery
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope as set out in the project brief, we will revise it at no additional cost within the included revision round. If the issue cannot be resolved through revision, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery with a clear description of the discrepancy.
4. Disputes
Please contact hello@designer-luxe.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect our ability to continue delivering the project.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@designer-luxe.com with subject "Refund Request". Include your name, order reference, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
6. EU consumer withdrawal right
For EU consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. For digital services delivered on request before the withdrawal period expires, this right may be waived with explicit consent. By proceeding with checkout, you agree that delivery may begin before the 14-day period expires and you waive the right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
